      @fsf It only just occurred to me a couple of days ago what the real danger is if Firefox were to support DRM.

      As long as one major browser doesn't, then service providers can't build services that won't work without it, because too many excluded users.

      Once Firefox does, there will be every incentive for MSIE and Chrome to do so as well, being run by profit-driven entities...

      ...and within a year or three, it will be required for online banking and paying your credit cards.
